Many years ago when first one could respond on the internet, I wrote a few comments on the Ithaca Journal site. Well. Its speedy devolvement into aggression and rudeness with no care for others and certainly no intellect, I left and have never validated comments again.
Reading New Yorker this morning, an article once again referenced an internet discussion site, Am I the Asshole. My first encounter with AITA was a brief mention of the site and the advice in a now forgotten article. This one today was the last page of an article on advice columns. *
How wonderful to find an interesting and entertaining site that has rules, compassion and thought!
