Sure, there are people who truly need these, but. 

How many people today just sit and look at a screen rather than use their bodies? Use it or lose it is not just a saying but truth too. 


Our minds, our bodies, our beliefs, so easy to ignore. Ease is all. Effort? Not so much.

Resistance:









Leaving for the Red Wing Roots festival in Virginia, I saw this in my home town: signs left over from the No Kings parade across America.










Then, at the festival: a man happily and proudly wearing his politics.









Til the last day when the festival always has a tribute to a particular singer/songwriter: Woody Guthrie. A festival not known for its politics went political.
